A Taste of New York | Café Integral's Golden Milk

If you have read this site for quite sometime you know that turmeric is one of the holly grails of optimal  health - this recipe is one of the most popular of all time.  I love finding new ways to cook with this vibrant orange tubular in dried or root form.  One of my favorite coffee shops in New York is Café Integral - the interiors are incredibly soothing and cozy.  Recently in lieu of a caffein jolt I opted for their Golden Milk, which is a delicious blend of spices, including turmeric and buttery coconut oil.  It is so delicious and it is comfort in a glass!  If you in Soho, be sure to stop by.
