Streamline Your Makeup Routine With Merit

I’ve had different phases when it comes to applying makeup. When I was younger, I’d try out copious amounts of products like enormous palettes and foundations to a myriad of lipstick shades, but as I have eased into my 30s, I decided on some go-tos and adopted the no-makeup-makeup look. Like so many, I’ve entered into pandemic makeup mode where if I have a Zoom interview, I’ll add a bit more bit otherwise it’s no makeup—just skincare—or eye makeup. After all, have you ever tried to put lipstick on under a mask? It’s not recommended! Recently I have been loving MERIT a new collection of clean makeup from entrepreneur Katherine Power, which offers up the basics like foundation, blush, highlighter and mascara in very portable and sleek packaging. What I have been loving most is the Clean Lash Lengthening Mascara, which really defines and extends the lashes in one coat. The Minimalist Perfecting Complexion Foundation and Concealer Stick works as either a spot concealer or as a total foundation, but it isn’t drying, something that I find other stick foundations can be.
