““For this collection Maria Grazia Chiuri asked israeli artist sharon eyal to choreograph the runway show, and have the dancers from her company participate. this aesthetic choice prompted me to create a pure, natural make-up look, where emphasis was placed only on the eyes. and for a few of the models, I also took inspiration from Sharon Eyal’s unusual eye make-up.””
“Eyes were made-up with a line of Diorshow khôl in black, applied to the waterline of the lower lash line, but which also ran over a bit in some places. this intentionally blurry, imperfect line created an impression of make-up that has been lived in.”
“Lips looked natural and were prepped with lip sugar scrub then heightened with lip maximizer for a touch of very discreet shine.”
