Chocolate Ganache Tart with Chocolate Olive Oil Crust

Decadent chocolate layered upon chocolate and finished with the perfect amount of sea salt might just be my favorite dessert combination.  Ganache is one of the most versatile recipes -  you can turn it into truffles, fluffy frosting or a wonderful pudding consistency, like in this recipe for a Chocolate Ganache Tart with Chocolate Olive Oil Crust, from the Winter issue of ROSE & IVY Journal.  I opted to create smaller individual tarts and while you might want to share, it might be hard, because this recipe is that good.  For more olive oil infused recipes, check out 'The Golden Elixir' in the Winter issue.
