Fall weather is feeling quite nice - it isn't cold by any means (thank goodness!), it is perfect for sweater weather and if we are being honest, the subway temperature is now tolerable. I haven't started any fall baking just yet, but I plan on starting with pears then moving onto grapes and apples. To kick things off, pears are the step-sister to apples this time of year, but they should not be. They are sweet, cook down easily and are delicious when paired with cinnamon.
