I simply adore feta cheese. It's tangy and creamy flavor compliments a variety of foods. A trip to Greece allowed me to sample their staple in many different forms. This crostini recipe from 'A Perfect Bite' for Whipped Feta, Roasted Tomatoes and Oregano is a delicious bite for a snack or to serve as an appetizer.
