In my opinion, every dish is better with the addition of lemon, whether it be a dessert or a main dish. Pasta is definitely a meal that is elevated with the addition of this wonderful citrus. Incorporating the delicious rye pasta from Sfoglini, from yesterdays post, I combined sweet snap peas and finished with a dollop of homemade ricotta from my favorite Italian store in Brooklyn. This dish seasonal dish is light and bursting with flavor.
