I adore rich, dark chocolate.  I recall the first time that I tasted small-batch chocolate a few years ago,  it tasted worlds away from the Hershey's chocolate bar that I was familiar with growing up.  For the second issue of the Journal, I ventured to Raaka Chocolates in Redhook, Brooklyn to discover the process of bean to bar chocolate.  You can read the story 'A Sweet Morsel' here.
