I am very excited to announce that the spring issue of ROSE & IVY Journal will be launching Monday, May 18th! I cannot wait to share the contents of the next issue, which I am currently putting the final touches. To give you a little bit of a preview the issue is light, airy and inspired by one of my favorite mediums, flowers. For both the Journal and the blog, I craft a plethora of recipes (one of my favorite parts), but sometimes it turns out that I don't have a place for a recipe that I created. One example is this delicious (and incredibly easy) recipe for Couscous Salad with Roasted Tomatoes and Greens. Recently I have been craving meals powered by fresh ingredients, this is just one of those recipes.
