Starting the day out with a healthy smoothie almost ensures that you are beginning it the right way. Here I added an avocado to chia seeds and sweet mandarines to create a filling snack or addition to my breakfast. I love how avocados add a great creamy texture.
Avocado, Chia & Mandarine Smoothie
1/2 avocado, pit removed
2 mandarines, peeled
2 tablespoons chia
honey to taste, if desired
