Is your holiday baking in full swing? This year I haven't made as many cookies as I would have liked due to time constraints but I did manage to make these delicious chocolate cookies and fill them with chocolate hazelnut spread from yesterday's post. The original recipe called for shortening but I decided to use butter instead. The cookies when done baking were quite thin, which made them perfect for filled with the spread. Read below on how you can create these cookies and add them into your holiday baking repertoire.
